What were the prescriptions? Idk if this court and news reporters realize there are an abundance and impairing prescriptions. The fact that they didn't state what they are or if any of the prescriptions are in any one of the seven imparting drug categories is concerning, to say the least. This is more than just "falling asleep". You don't just fall asleep, wake up and swerve out of the way multiple times and then fall asleep again. If you actually do that, especially to this degree, it's arguably worse than DUI, which is why a lot of states do DWI (driving while impaired which can include sleep deprivation). It's hard to look at this and say the dude shouldn't be in prison, at the least.
